The Woods family are delighted to offer the highly acclaimed menus of Ollie Dabbous aboard the Silver Sturgeon.
Ollie worked in leading fine dining restaurants for more than a decade, under the likes of Raymond Blanc and Andoni Luis Aduriz. DABBOUS, Ollie's debut restaurant, occupying an urban space in London's Fitzrovia, earned him a Michelin star and stunned critics, and diners, since it opened in 2012. Behind the sheet metal door, Ollie Dabbous created light, modern dishes that were both sophisticated and delicate; jewel-like creations recorded in beautiful detail within his cookbook 'Dabbous' published in 2015. After 5 years as one of London’s most lauded restaurants, Dabbous closed its doors in the summer of 2017, allowing Ollie to focus on Hide.

This new venture, hailed by the media as one of the most eagerly awaited restaurants of 2018, is a joint project between Hedonism Wines and Ollie himself. Hide is set over 3 floors, each with its own identity, all connected by a striking spiral staircase, designed by Atmos Studio and handcrafted in Poland.
