

After years of cooking for the famous and the fabulous in all four corners of the globe, I now really feel like I have found my culinary home – cooking on the Thames for "rhubarb".
I love being able to serve the highest quality food from such a fantastic venue and feel incredibly lucky to have the stunning sights of London as my office environment!
The challenges of my onboard galley kitchen never stop my team and I from striving to create the very best and most beautifully presented bespoke food.
